The Father sent His Son to this world to reconcile men to himself. In Romans 11:27, it says for this the "Covenant from Me when I shall take away their sins"

We understand that the New Covenant is by Jesus the Christ because the promise to Abraham was to his "seed"

In Galatians 3:11-17 it says that seed is Christ.

But Romans 8:9 says if you do not have the spirit of Christ, you are none of His.

All men are born in the flesh (of a woman) and are born a sinner. So we must be born again of water and Spirit
